This website has been created using CSS stylesheets to control the layout and effects (the changing colour on the navigation tabs). Sometimes people go to javascript or other scripts to do simple tasks, or use tables for layout of pages.
I have two versions of this site available to view. The content is the SAME, the only difference is the stylesheet used by the page to control it's layout.
